can't start the engine of 206

The question may be too easy for you guys. I 'm new user of 206. I forgot to turn off the headlight of the car last night. I noticed it until this morning. I 've already got the booster cables and try to restart the engine. But the engine of the car still cannot be restarted.

Would there be any reasons ?

any luck yet? maybe the booster cables werent connected properly, or the car your trying to jump from also has a flat battery? btw didnt you hear the car beeping at you when you got out?

You mean there 's beeping sound if I left the headlight on when I got out of the car ? I didn't hear anything from my car.

I just changed the car battery. A bit expensive though. Everything's fixed now. Thanks for your reply.
