Re: Fab's WIP
i have bought some more stuff
orange 53mm2 orange 'flex' welding cable (rated 600amps - 1/0 gauge)
alpine cda-7949e top sound quality head unit. - replaced the 7878r
8 ton hydraulic crimping tool to mount lugs on that fat ass cable.
fullriver 1050amp deep cycle battery with m6 terminals and steel box,
commercial grade cable grommets (4gauge, 2gauge and 0gauge)
i also got bored and painted the chrome trim around the front badge, looks pretty good black.
de-wipered the rear, looks nice and neat, and saved a few kg's (like it matters)
need to get to bunnings to start buying some wood to make the boot floor. will have to cut and weld the battery box into the boot before i start the boot at all. still havnt gotten around to dynamatting the roof. (ive found a sound deadening supplier o/s who i might be able to strike a good deal with so im waiting to see how that goes. going to use as much sound deadener as possible.
pictures to follow soon.
